The project mainly treats wastewater generated in the production process of soy products. The wastewater comes from the soaking, grinding, boiling, washing and equipment cleaning of soybeans. Among them, soaking water and boiling water are the main components of wastewater, containing a large amount of dissolved organic matter, suspended matter and grease.

Process Introduction

UASB is a high-speed anaerobic reactor, which consists of a sludge bed, a sludge suspension layer, a water distribution system and a three-phase separator. Wastewater flows through each part in the reactor in turn and is fully mixed with microorganisms for anaerobic decomposition. The biogas produced by the decomposition makes the surface of the sludge bed boil, and the removal rate is improved through efficient contact. The three-phase separator realizes the separation of gas, solid and liquid, keeps the sludge in the bed less lost, thereby ensuring that there is enough sludge in the reactor, so that the biological sludge stays for a long time and the treatment efficiency is high.
