Process introduction

The project uses GFS tanks as anaerobic digestion tanks to ensure continuous, reliable, safe, and stable operation of the system. The pretreated organic slurry enters the subsequent anaerobic digestion tank for anaerobic digestion treatment. When the anaerobic effluent enters the temporary storage and buffer pool, it enters the biogas residue dehydration system and sewage treatment system. The anaerobic biogas enters the subsequent biogas treatment and storage system.

Project Overview

Comprehensively considering the water quality characteristics of motor processing wastewater, Center Enamel treats motor processing wastewater through three stages: pretreatment, air flotation advanced treatment, and biochemical treatment. Process introduction

Pretreatment: Sewage contains some organic substances that are inhibiting and toxic to microorganisms. Therefore, necessary pretreatment must be carried out before the sewage enters the biochemical tank to reduce or remove the substances that are toxic, harmful, and inhibitory to microorganisms as much as possible. Protect the subsequent biochemical treatment system and treatment effect.

Advanced air flotation treatment: mainly to remove suspended solids and oil pollutants. By making a large number of fine air bubbles adsorb on the particles (oil droplets) to be removed, the buoyancy of the gas itself is used to bring the pollutants out of the water surface, so as to achieve the purpose of separation.

Biochemical treatment: It mainly uses the life activity process of microorganisms to effectively remove the soluble organic matter and some insoluble organic matter in the sewage, so as to purify the sewage.
